We offer services for small-to-medium size companies

We are a boutique consultancy, helping fast-growing small-to-medium size companies put in place scalable processes and systems to help them grow and optimise their use of Salesforce.com, thereby helping them keep track of, communicate and interact with their customers and prospects. 

Who We Are

We specialise in Process Flow Optimisation, Data Management and integration of 3rd Party Applications such as Marketo, Pardot, IBM (Watson) Marketing Cloud, Drawloop, MailChimp, DocuSign, Zuora, and Payment Processing Apps.

With over a hundred Salesforce implementations in sectors ranging from High Tech, Retail, Utilities and Financial Services, we provide skills and expertise in both the B2C and B2B markets.

Key Differentiator

Our key differentiator is how we learn our clients’ business and can therefore act as an extension to internal teams, bringing relevant skills when required. We also help with the interview process for those clients who wish to build a bigger in-house team. 

As we mostly work using both traditional and subscription pricing models, our clients typically engage us for a defined number of days which can be used as and when required over a twelve months’ period. Our Clients decide how they use our skills and expertise. This can range from help with day-to-day Salesforce Admin tasks such as creating or adapting reports/dashboards, to business analysis, design and implementation of new functionality such as marketing automation, electronic signature or self-service portals, just to mention a few. 

We believe it is important for our clients to understand the value that they get from us, and to have visibility of the deliverables that have been agreed upon at the outset of the engagement. We report progress weekly/monthly and record our time down to 15-minutes slots against projects and/or cost centres, if applicable, using a Portal where our clients can log in any time and see how we have spent our time and how many hours are left on the contract.
